What you'll do
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
- Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
- Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
- Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience
- At least one year of experience as an RN, at least six months of travel experience.
