What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and document medications and routine treatments according to physician orders, state regulations, and community policies
• monitor resident health trends, vital signs, and medication responses
• report changes and concerns
• maintain medication carts and shift counts
• track supplies and coordinate pharmacy reorders
• assist with activities of daily living when needed
• respond to call lights and emergencies
• maintain electronic health records and shift handover reports.
