RMA Technician

Job overview

The RMA Technician role is onsite in Broomfield, CO; compensation is not specified. Wavelynx designs and manufactures physical access control hardware and software, including reader and controller technologies. The technician receives, tracks, tests, and documents returned products, diagnosing reported failures and sharing findings with Operations. The work supports product quality and troubleshooting in collaboration with QA, Support, Electrical Engineering, and Production.

What you'll do

• Receive and log incoming RMA units in HubSpot and NetSuite
• track units through testing and final disposition
• test APEX and Ethos readers
• diagnose failures using a multimeter and software test tools
• document findings for repair, replacement, or credit decisions
• support QA testing and field issue troubleshooting
• assist Electrical Engineering with bench testing and learn soldering and board-level work over time
• maintain the work area and test equipment
• assist Production as needed.
