What you'll do

• Participate in project delivery and track leads for future projects
• prepare proposals and RFP responses
• lead projects and teams to meet budgets, schedules, and programs
• coordinate project communication and documentation
• mentor developing staff
• produce and support construction drawings and graphics using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools
• prepare code compliance evaluations
• coordinate with governing agencies
• maintain quality control of construction documents and specifications
• prepare technical reports and presentations.
