What you'll do

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
• review work orders and assign priorities
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• maintain motors, wiring, conveyors, and facility systems
• perform and oversee preventive maintenance
• diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools
• replace defective components and fabricate or modify parts when needed
• document repairs and parts in CMMS
• manage parts inventory
• support installations, upgrades, and facility projects
• follow OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards.
