Registered Peer Recovery Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide peer support and mentorship to people in substance use and/or mental health recovery programs
• help clients develop individualized recovery plans and goals
• connect clients with community resources, support groups, and social services
• facilitate peer support groups and recovery-focused educational sessions
• document interactions, progress notes, and service activities
• collaborate with clinical and care coordination teams
• advocate for recovery and promote wellness in the community.
