Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review invoices for documentation, general ledger coding, and approval
• process three-way purchase order matching invoices
• prioritize invoices by cash discounts and payment terms
• reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries
• provide backup for freight payables and other accounts payable areas
• participate in weekly payment runs and daily batch reviews
• assist with monthly closing and special projects.
