The Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable role is full-time and onsite in Dallas, TX. The base salary range is $98,000–$130,000 per year, with discretionary bonus and equity awards described as part of the total rewards package, subject to eligibility. The role supports CoreWeave’s Global Business Services team and its Procure-to-Pay operations. The accountant executes day-to-day accounts payable work and supports the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, maintaining accurate, timely, scalable operations and strong controls. The role also contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement as CoreWeave scales in a public-company environment.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable operations focused on direct spend
• support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
• process invoices and payment batches
• perform three-way matching and banking functions
• support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
• maintain internal controls and audit support
• partner with Accounting, Procurement, vendors, and GBS leadership
• contribute to process improvement.
