The Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer — Active Top Secret Clearance role is hybrid, with four days per week onsite at a secure government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA or Charlottesville, VA. What you'll do

• Monitor secure cloud and enterprise environments
• resolve Tier 1–3 service requests and escalate complex issues
• provision tenant VPCs, roles, permissions, and access
• administer Linux, Windows, and Active Directory
• maintain AWS services, containers, and Kubernetes platforms
• automate operations with tools such as Bash, Ansible, YAML, and Terraform
• support infrastructure as code and DevSecOps workflows
• troubleshoot network, platform, and system issues
• improve documentation and procedures
• provide occasional weekend or holiday coverage based on mission needs.

Why this role

Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Schedule is 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; four days onsite weekly. Requires relevant experience and ability to obtain DoD IAT Level II baseline and applicable AWS certifications within 30 days of starting.
