What you'll do
- Coordinate medication dispensing and documentation under AMAP procedures
- maintain medication supplies and arrange refills and prescriptions
- coordinate weekly with the residential nurse
- schedule and attend medical appointments
- prepare and review medication administration records and appointment documents
- communicate with families as needed
- document medication errors
- provide hands-on support and teach independent-living skills as directed by each person’s Life Plan.

Why this role
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid New York State driver’s license. AMAP certification must be obtained within 90 days; SCIP, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained within 180 days, as applicable to program needs.
