What you'll do

• Assist with student education, behavior management, recordkeeping, instructional support, and classroom organization and security
• provide one-on-one instruction
• evaluate work progress and share it with teachers
• communicate with staff, school, and parents or guardians
• participate in special education training and IEP meetings
• reinforce teacher-taught skills and curriculum
• help students stay on task
• provide physical assistance and specialized care as approved, trained, and instructed.
