Business Systems Security Engineer

The Business Systems Security Engineer role is hybrid in West Henrietta, NY, with a minimum of three days onsite. The stated salary range is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Safran’s Trusted 4D site develops resilient positioning, navigation, and timing technology used in defense and commercial applications. The engineer protects enterprise business applications and their integrations by assessing risks, strengthening security controls, and improving monitoring. The role supports secure use of business-critical information and the adoption of AI, automation, and connected enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Assess and strengthen Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise platforms through secure configuration, identity and access management, role-based permissions, vulnerability management, and monitoring
• integrate application logs and threat signals into SIEM and XDR
• support secure AI adoption
• review APIs, service accounts, and data exchanges
• conduct application security reviews and coordinate remediation
• collaborate on projects, incident investigations, and compliance.
