The engineer leads cross-functional vehicle attribute work to define and deliver vehicle performance against program requirements. The role connects engineering disciplines, balances performance and program trade-offs, and drives validation and issue resolution to support safe, comfortable autonomous vehicles.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional vehicle attribute teams covering areas such as dynamics, noise, vibration and harshness, thermal, energy, safety, and ergonomics
• define vehicle performance requirements
• align development plans and priorities
• balance performance, cost, mass, safety, and timing
• analyze gaps and drive root-cause resolution
• present status and trade-offs at program reviews
• develop test assets and methodologies to validate vehicle-level requirements.
