What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly and quarterly forecasting
• develop rolling forecasts, scenario models, and variance analysis
• build enterprise performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
• provide financial modeling and decision support
• optimize the Adaptive planning platform and use automation and AI-enabled tools
• partner with business units and the Controller
• lead and develop FP&A and performance team members.
