The Residential Support Professional — Night Shift (Graveyard) role is onsite in Ontario, OR, and pays $17–$18 per hour. Vineyard Family’s residential support professionals provide continuous care to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home environment. The role provides direct support that promotes safety, autonomy, and quality of life. Staff follow individualized support plans, assist with daily needs, and respond to medical or behavioral situations as needed.

What you'll do

• Administer medication and perform nurse-delegated tasks
• assist with activities of daily living and meals
• document care
• implement behavior and individualized support plans
• engage clients in in-home activities
• promote safety and autonomy
• accompany clients on outings and medical appointments
• respond to medical emergencies and behavioral crises
• obtain vital signs
• facilitate schoolwork and virtual learning.
