Senior Living Concierge

The Senior Living Concierge role is onsite in Campbell, CA. Compensation is $20.60–$24.72 per hour. Merrill Gardens at Campbell serves residents in a senior living community, with a mission to provide an inspiring environment for residents, families, and team members. The concierge coordinates resident services and transportation, supports community communications and events, and helps maintain welcoming shared spaces. The role contributes to residents’ day-to-day experience and helps connect them with local services and activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate restaurant and entertainment reservations and ticket purchases
• arrange dry cleaning and other outside services
• provide shuttle and valet service as needed
• coordinate parking assignments
• assist with community communications and activity calendars
• keep the entryway and lobby clean
• purchase approved supplies within budget
• drive residents and support holiday and event planning as assigned.
