Tier 2 IT Technician

What you'll do

• Provide escalated Tier 2 support by phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
• administer Windows Server and support Windows desktop systems
• manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and SonicWall firewalls
• assist with client onboarding and network assessments
• track and resolve tickets in ConnectWise
• mentor Tier 1 technicians
• document procedures and network configurations
• participate in an on-call rotation as needed for critical after-hours issues.
