What you'll do

• Generate leasing traffic
• respond to phone and internet inquiries
• greet and tour prospective residents
• qualify prospects and obtain applications and deposits
• process applications and lease documents
• maintain lease files and traffic records
• follow up with prospects
• assist with community marketing and outreach
• inspect property areas and model units
• support resident service requests, renewals, move-ins, and office operations
• clean apartments as needed.
