What you'll do

• Present the communities to prospective and current residents, support occupancy, conduct tours, and complete leasing and move-in documentation. Respond to inquiries, convert prospect questions into tours, address resident concerns, document service needs, inspect units and community areas, and coordinate with maintenance and management. Maintain accurate leasing records and prospect information in property-management and CRM systems. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
