What you'll do

• Support production-line, processing-equipment, and utility-equipment maintenance
• assist with preventive maintenance processes, improvements, and KPI targets
• coach and develop frontline employees
• help lead change and continuous improvement, including LEAN implementation
• partner with internal customers, suppliers, colleagues, and support services
• maintain GMP cleanliness and safety standards
• review maintenance effectiveness and develop action plans addressing failure root causes
• provide on-call coverage as required.
