What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day activities of seasonal team members across assigned locations
• support district operations with the District Manager
• lead recruiting and interviewing
• support tax education and employee transitions
• monitor performance and partner with Human Resources on training and employee relations
• ensure locations meet company standards for setup, technology, supplies, and facilities
• build client retention and brand awareness
• resolve client complaints
• monitor financial and productivity reports and district goals.
