What you'll do

• Provide grant accounting for federal programs
• prepare reimbursement requests and financial reports
• review cash activity and prepare journal entries
• review purchase orders, requisitions, and check requests for cost-principle compliance
• maintain and reconcile program accounts
• prepare and monitor budgets and monthly reports
• collaborate with program managers and leadership
• prepare federal financial reports
• monitor Head Start grant compliance
• support fiscal monitoring and year-end audits
• reconcile bank statements as needed.
