What you'll do

• Provide personal assistance with residents’ day-to-day needs
• follow medication administration protocols
• assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, ambulation, positioning, activities, meals, and appointments
• take and report vital signs as requested
• report changes in condition, incidents, and suspected abuse or neglect
• maintain resident dignity, privacy, infection-control practices, equipment, and required shift documentation.

Why this role
