Associate Sales Agent

Job overview

The Associate Sales Agent works in-office in Sylvania, OH, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Base pay is $20 per hour, with a higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience, plus 14% commission on sales production. The local Allstate agency is building its sales team. The agent manages incoming and outgoing sales calls, follows up on leads, maintains client records, and works toward sales goals. The role supports the agency by building client relationships and selling property and casualty insurance; an active Ohio Property & Casualty license and prior Allstate property and casualty sales experience are required.
