What you'll do

• Plan and oversee assigned-shift receiving, picking, and shipping
• forecast labor needs
• collect attendance reports and submit them to HR
• complete end-of-shift reporting
• maintain inventory accuracy and customer order reports
• lead supervisors and up to 30 associates
• coach supervisors
• oversee safety training and new-hire orientation
• manage safety meetings, incident reporting, investigations, and remediation
• maintain a safe, clean workplace
• open and close the facility.
