The Personal Trainer role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is $10–$35 per hour. The trainer supports Crunch Fitness members and clients with fitness guidance; Crunch describes its focus as making serious fitness fun. The role helps members work toward fitness goals through education and guidance on resistance and cardio training and general nutritional guidelines. It also contributes to gym performance by meeting or exceeding monthly session service targets and supporting personal training revenue and product sales.

What you'll do

• Guide members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs, including resistance and cardio training
• provide general nutritional guidelines and nutritional product recommendations
• meet or exceed minimum monthly company expectations for session service targets, personal training revenue, and supplement or nutritional product sales
• regularly demonstrate or explain fitness activities and techniques
• lift up to 50 pounds.
