What you'll do

• Receive, sample, and verify incoming raw dairy, cream, bulk sugars, oils, and cleaning-in-place chemicals
• manage farm samples and receiving logs
• clean and maintain tanker trucks, silos, tanks, sanitary lines, and CIP equipment
• monitor silo rotation and product quality
• report foreign materials to quality management
• maintain receiving areas
• record raw materials in company systems
• and coordinate with tanker drivers and internal departments.
