The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) role is onsite in North Conway, NH, with compensation of $20–$26 per hour. Mineral Springs is part of 603 Healthcare, a locally owned organization with 14 centers across New Hampshire, committed to “Locals Caring for Locals.” The LNA provides hands-on, resident-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs, comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life while working alongside nurses and other care-team members.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• safely lift, move, position, and transport residents
• assist with meals and toileting
• monitor and report changes in condition, skin integrity, weight, and care needs
• maintain flow sheets and documentation
• support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• communicate resident needs to nursing staff
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
