The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is onsite in The Dalles, OR, with an hourly rate of $24. Working with the General Manager, the Assistant Manager supports daily operations and leads the restaurant when the General Manager is unavailable. The role helps maintain food quality and operational standards while developing the team and supporting community engagement.

What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations, quality, hospitality, and team performance
• lead the restaurant when the General Manager is unavailable
• coach, train, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members
• help drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results
• resolve guest concerns
• maintain food safety and cleanliness
• support recruiting, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, local marketing, and community events.
