Primary Care Physician

What you'll do

• Provide relationship-based outpatient primary care
• care for patients on the incoming waitlist
• oversee care with clinical and administrative support
• share after-hours phone call responsibility
• collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• document care accurately
• incorporate prevention, wellness, and patient education into visits.
