Fleet Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead technicians and maintenance supervisors across shifts and locations
• develop preventive maintenance programs and monitor performance
• schedule maintenance and repairs
• manage on-site equipment and building maintenance
• oversee external repair vendors and contractors
• ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, fire safety, and company requirements
• conduct quality inspections and root-cause analysis
• guide repair protocols using diesel, hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, emissions, and welding knowledge
• manage payroll, records, logs, reporting, and budgets
• coach and evaluate staff
• track KPIs and implement improvements.
