What you'll do

• Supervise workers who install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment
• lead industrial machinery assembly and installation
• manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance
• assist with troubleshooting
• plan labor and procedures around production schedules
• interpret specifications and assign work
• coordinate with other supervisors
• manage the MAXIMO CMMS
• enforce safety practices
• coach and train staff
• oversee work quality and continuous improvement.
