What you'll do

• Prepare cookies and other menu items and serve beverages
• provide customer service and suggestive selling
• work toward monthly sales goals
• identify ways to increase business
• maintain café cleanliness according to ServSafe standards
• order and manage beverage and glassware inventory using first-in, first-out
• monitor product temperature and service quality
• assist at events including Wine & Design, showroom openings, and tent-pole events.
