Territory Manager, EndoTherapy, North San Diego

The Territory Manager, EndoTherapy, North San Diego role is field-based in San Diego, CA, with daily travel within the territory and occasional travel outside it, including overnight stays. Compensation includes a $65,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for a performance-based commission plan; commission earnings are not guaranteed. Olympus develops medical technologies intended to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. This role grows sales and adoption of Olympus EndoTherapy devices among gastroenterology customers. It combines clinical product knowledge, account relationships, territory planning, and product training to help clinicians understand and use therapeutic gastrointestinal technologies.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed the assigned territory sales quota
• develop expertise in therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures, including EUS and ERCP
• partner with the regional vice president on territory business plans
• build relationships with clinicians, researchers, hospital and ambulatory surgery center decision-makers
• support customers onsite and meet vendor credentialing requirements
• provide product training and in-servicing during and between procedures
• share market and competitor intelligence
• attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed
• travel daily within the territory and occasionally outside it, including overnight stays.
