The Butcher Counter Staff / Meat Cutter role is onsite in Cambridge, MA. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role assists customers with meat purchases, maintains the butcher case, and prepares cuts to customer specifications. It contributes to a consistent retail food experience through product knowledge, careful cutting, clean work practices, and customer recommendations.

What you'll do

• Assist customers purchasing meat
• maintain the quality and appearance of the butcher case
• organize and clean the work area and walk-in refrigerator
• learn the cuts and sausages carried and make recommendations
• modify cuts to customer specifications
• use knife skills and work cleanly and efficiently
• lift up to 50 pounds.
