What you'll do

• Manage prospective resident leads and follow up on inquiries using Yardi
• conduct individual and group community tours
• coordinate move-in activities with the Executive Director and Resident Care Manager
• maintain inquiry, waiting-list, vacancy, and move-in data
• plan outreach events and referral-source relationships
• support customer satisfaction and resident-rights compliance.
