Assistant Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Round on units and follow up on resident care and safety concerns
• help oversee wound care, fall prevention, pain management, restorative nursing, behavior management, medication administration, and end-of-life care
• support accurate assessments, MDS, and person-centered care plans
• supervise unit managers, charge nurses, and CNAs
• assist with hiring, orientation, scheduling, education, and performance conversations
• support regulatory compliance, surveys, plans of correction, and QAPI projects
• serve as the Director of Nursing’s designee in their absence
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences and respond to resident and family concerns.
