What you'll do

• Learn European Wax Center services and products
• recommend and sell retail products and waxing services
• explain Wax Pass benefits and savings
• confirm services and offer related add-ons
• process check-ins, checkouts, payments, refunds, and reservation requests
• explain pre-booking and app rescheduling
• organize the reservation book
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain clean and organized lobby and restrooms.
