Part-Time or Full-Time Cook/Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation using the daily menu
• prepare dining areas and supplies
• document food and equipment temperatures
• receive deliveries and invoices
• maintain inventory and rotate stock
• label and store opened food
• serve meals, bus tables, sanitize dining areas, wash dishes, and clean kitchen equipment
• report resident changes and concerns to nursing staff
• complete required documentation
• follow infection-control, safety, and resident-rights policies.
