What you'll do

• Roast green coffee to Colectivo’s specifications safely, consistently, and efficiently
• cup and taste coffee varieties to build sensory knowledge
• monitor inventory and adjust roasted coffee production
• organize green and roasted coffee storage
• clean and maintain roasters and roasting areas
• and continue coffee education through industry events, classes, and publications.
