The Senior Director, Learning and Development role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $200,000–$240,000 per year. The director sets learning strategy and oversees programs, infrastructure, measurement, and budget to build employee capability and reinforce company values and safety. A near-term priority is delivering at least 15 AI-enabled learning experiences in the first year while supporting English- and Spanish-speaking employee populations.

What you'll do

• Set enterprise learning strategy, roadmap, and annual program plan
• design and deliver onboarding, leadership, values, safety, and security programs
• develop targeted curricula including problem solving, AI fluency, and communications
• design and administer the annual performance management cycle and its supporting technology
• develop learning across in-person, virtual, online, and AI-enabled modalities
• support English- and Spanish-speaking populations through translation and localization as needed
• deliver at least 15 AI-enabled learning experiences in the first year
• manage learning infrastructure, vendors, metrics, and budget
• report outcomes and return on investment.
