What you'll do

• Assess individuals' health and implement care plans
• supervise care plans and staff
• observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support
• coordinate health and safety communications
• manage medication ordering, review, monitoring, and disposal as prescribed
• report condition changes to physicians
• complete nursing documentation
• coordinate appointments and hospital discharge communications
• train staff on health and safety.
