What you'll do

• Provide personalized guest service
• assist with vehicle pickup, delivery, and return
• clean and prepare vehicles
• answer calls and respond to guest inquiries
• negotiate and open or close rental contracts
• complete client paperwork
• communicate products, services, and policies
• build rapport with guests and identify new guest opportunities.
