Job overview

What you'll do

  • Visit families in their homes or other required locations
  • maintain contact with clients, social workers, and providers
  • support treatment-plan goals through parenting education, household management, and community-resource referrals
  • provide or arrange transportation as needed
  • document visits and progress
  • attend team meetings and training. May assist with housing searches and supervised parenting visits.
