Field Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Onboard and train Retail Sales Associates
• visit assigned stores weekly
• review merchandising, demonstrations, and attachment performance
• monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance
• conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations
• approve payroll
• coach associates with action plans
• personally achieve weekly sales
• cover shifts when needed.
