Workforce Development Program Manager

The Workforce Development Program Manager role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, five days a week, with an annual salary range of $70,304–$80,000. CRCD’s Workforce Development Department supports opportunity youth and unemployed or underemployed South Los Angeles residents through education, training, and employment services. The role leads service-delivery staff and coordinates participant services, program operations, and provider relationships. It supports workforce and education outcomes by overseeing enrollment and case-management processes, staff training, data quality, grant performance, and the Integrated Service Delivery Model.

What you'll do

• Lead service-delivery staff, volunteers, and interns
• coordinate participant services and provider relationships
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, enrollment, case files, education and training coordination, and WIOA compliance
• monitor CalJOBS, Salesforce, and other data systems
• track grant performance and quality assurance
• train staff
• prepare performance reports
• support strategic planning and customer engagement
• manage referrals, Individual Employment Plans, and supportive-service requests.
