What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and plating specifications, aiming to fulfill customer tickets within eight minutes
• stock and organize stations
• complete daily prep and prep sheets
• label, date, and store food
• complete cleaning and opening or closing checklists
• communicate with baristas and store leaders
• wash dishes
• follow food-handling and kitchen safety guidelines
• address guest issues according to training and management guidance.
