Line Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Manage mechanics and maintenance operations
• develop schedules and allocate staffing
• prioritize work in progress
• ensure materials, calibrated tools, and equipment are available
• maintain the base
• evaluate maintenance surveillance processes
• complete incident reports and recommend prevention measures
• support other maintenance locations
• ensure safety training and regulatory compliance
• communicate aircraft status
• oversee vendors
• hire, coach, and evaluate staff
• travel up to 20%.
