What you'll do

• Lead and develop clinicians and support staff
• recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews. Manage provider schedules, staffing, patient flow, productivity, satisfaction, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Support clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, marketing, referral strategies, and goal-setting with ownership. Evaluate and treat patients, mentor the team, and promote evidence-based care and patient outcomes.
