What you'll do

• Support recruitment, job fairs, postings, applicant management, background checks, and onboarding
• maintain electronic personnel and HR records
• audit records for compliance and report data
• process employment changes, pay adjustments, and personnel action forms
• assist with payroll processing, audits, and reporting
• support HR audits, policy updates, and payroll-benefit expense reconciliation
• administer employee enrollment changes in benefits and payroll systems.
